Solange stopped by TRL where she talked about her single "I Decided" and her upcoming album Sol-Angel & The Hadley Street Dreams that will hit stores in August. She looks absolutely amazing in this white dress! It seems that lately Beyonce is stepping back a bit and letting her little sis shine with her new upcoming album. In any case Solange's sound is very different from Beyonce's which really is working for her!
