SourceDue to a lawsuit in regards to covering "I'm kissing you" from Des'ree, Beyonce won't publish her Deluxe Edition of her album B'Day.
Unfotunately, Beyonce's management hadn't received complete approval for using the song without changing the title. In addition, no video of this song was to come after its release.
